Refund & Return Policy
At Rasoiya Home Kraft Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You received an item not matching your order.
- You request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
Items that are used, washed, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items without original packaging
- Customized, bulk, or made-to-order items
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at customercare@rasoiya.in with your Order ID, issue details, and clear photos of the product if applicable.
- Our customer support team will verify the request and initiate the return if eligible.
- You will be guided on how to send the product back or arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide bank account details for the refund.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
5. Replacements
In case of defective or damaged items:
- You may opt for a replacement at no extra cost.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be offered.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at customercare@rasoiya.in
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account or payment app.
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time).
