Refund & Return Policy

At Rasoiya Home Kraft Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You received an item not matching your order.
  • You request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

Items that are used, washed, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized, bulk, or made-to-order items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at customercare@rasoiya.in with your Order ID, issue details, and clear photos of the product if applicable.
  2. Our customer support team will verify the request and initiate the return if eligible.
  3. You will be guided on how to send the product back or arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide bank account details for the refund.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).

5. Replacements

In case of defective or damaged items:

  • You may opt for a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.
  • If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be offered.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at customercare@rasoiya.in
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment app.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time).
  3. If you've done the above and still haven’t received it, please contact us at customercare@rasoiya.in
